This 12-unit apartment building was built in 1916 and just completed its full remodel. It is just north of downtown in an area with many mature trees and sidewalks, 0.1 miles from Fulton Street Coffee and Books, and 0.9 miles from 36 Degrees North co-working space. The building will soon be home to an art installation created by the celebrated artist and cultural anthropologist, Marlon Hall. Community culture and programming are centered around celebrating the past, present and future of North Tulsa. The building's front 6 units have a front room completely surrounded by windows, which is perfect for a creative/work space.
